Amber Honey is May to June nectar sources. Taste can range from super sweet to slightly floral.
 
Dark Amber Honey is collected be the bees from July to September to include Spotted Lattern Fly honeydew. It's a not as sweet honey with a molasses under tone. The taste changes with time.
